Hi everyone! My name is Eunice but you can call me nicee, and I’m acollege student here in beautiful Iloilo City, pursuing my bachelor of science in nursing. Life as a student is a whirlwind, but my world is made even more vibrant (and a little chaotic!) by my 20 amazing rescue cats. This campaign is to help me tackle the growing burden of my student debt while ensuring my furry family continues to receive the food, care, and vet attention they need. Your contribution, no matter the size, will be absolutely life-changing. It will allow me to focus on my studies without the constant worry of providing for my feline companions, giving both me and them a chance at a brighter future.

What We Need & What You Get

I’m aiming to raise atleast $20,000 to address two critical needs:

50%  will go directly towards my student loan repayments. This will alleviate a significant financial weight and allow me to focus on my education and future.

50% will be dedicated to the care of my 20 cats. This includes:

Food: Ensuring they have nutritious meals.

Litter: Keeping their environment clean and healthy.

Routine Vet Care: Covering check-ups, vaccinations, and preventative treatments.

Unexpected Medical Expenses: Creating a small buffer for any unforeseen health issues.

If we don’t reach the entire goal: Every single contribution will still make a significant difference. Funds will be prioritized towards the most urgent needs, starting with cat food and essential vet care, followed by chipping away at the student debt as much as possible. Risks & Challenges

The biggest challenge I face is the ongoing financial strain of balancing tuition fees with the consistent needs of a large cat family. Unexpected vet bills can also arise, adding further pressure. Another potential hurdle is the time commitment required for both my studies and caring for 20 cats, which can sometimes make fundraising efforts challenging.

However, I am a highly organized and dedicated individual. I have successfully managed the care of these cats while pursuing my studies for almost 5 years. I have established routines for their feeding, cleaning, and health monitoring. For this campaign, I have a clear plan for communication and will dedicate specific time to engaging with contributors and providing updates. I am also resourceful and will explore cost-effective solutions for cat care without compromising their well-being.
